Just realised that this time in a week, I'll be in Sheffield Arena and I'm guessing that Steps will be in the middle of the 'encore'. Excited for my first proper arena concert in approx 2 years.

If you only care and post about one act it's easier to veer into 'stan' territory, have fights, be unreasonable with the rest of the members who are casual fans, you're biased and that can lead to conflict etc etc.

So penalise people when they do the above?

I'm not going to London but I think others were saying they tend to come a week before. Depending on the booking method I think some promoters are doing e-tickets as opposed to posting them.

Again, I was just asking a question. I do post in multiple threads. I was just wondering why it was a rule.

It can vary massively

I've had some tickets arrive a week before the concert, my Celine Dion tickets arrived 8 months in advance (of course it was subsequently postponed)

If someone is a big Steps fan and this is the most active forum for talking about them, but they're not really that invested in any other act at the moment, why would they not be wanted? Just curious.

What @Vasilios said really sums it up. Believe it or not we do want to stay away from the nastiness stan culture. One artist posters tend to cause more trouble than those who are here for many reasons, be it multiple artists, a tv show, LGBTQ+ issues, it creates a more well-rounded member. In general. That’s why the threads with strong tribalism tend to end up in our reports more often.

Agreed. This forum has some stupid rules but that one takes the mick.

But I enjoy the forum so I'll blindly follow I guess
