So I decided to give Lisa's solo album a second listen after my first attempt in 2011. In 2011 the minimalist disco dance-pop style of her album was out and in its place dance music was really high energy and thundering, so I remember thinking Lisa's album was boring. But listening to it with 2018 ears changed my mind on it. I actually quite liked it. I wish I hadn't written it off back when I first checked it out.
Scared is so so epic. One of the best songs released in the last few years.
