Firstly, I hope H is ok and gets better soon. Interestingly he teased, something big for the 30th anniversary. I think that does suggest nothing is coming until 2027. I’m also doubting a new album now and they’ll do that Royal Albert Hall show they’ve previously talked about for the 20th as the last hurrah. I hope to be wrong and a new studio album does emerge though.

I’m sure once he’s on the mend and the band are back in full swing again, some vocal training/physio will get him back to top form. He’ll be “ooh-ooh”ing before we know it!

I really don’t think we’ll be getting anymore new music and I’m actually ok with that, do a big 30th celebration/farewell tour and leave it with the legacy on a high. They all seem so busy and happy in their own careers and flourishing as well. I really wouldn’t want a bucks fizz situation.
Random post but I’ve been getting into the discography of a singer who was popular in Taiwan in the late 90s/early 00s and she seems to have covered 5,6,7,8. I had a look but couldn’t find anything about it. I assume you know about it but still a bit of a surprise!

I got the Taiwan Step One CD and there is a 3" CD single of this. Rather cool. And I love the packaging on that CD.
The cast of Here and Now have just been on BBC’s Big Night of Musicals and seeing it on the telly, it did feel like audience were into it like a steps concert. Faye being there too and she is looking like such a 1920s movie icon!
Kimberley and Amy Walsh were shown too. Couldn’t work out if they liked it? But hoping it might give Kimberley an idea for a Something Kinda Oooh musical…

Let's hope this gives the tour some well needed promo and let's hope it converts to sales. It deserves it.
Have to say, I do find the subject matter of “save our store” very apt for the times we live in. Hopefully it may resonate.
