I agree, and love the video in all it's late 80s glory!Very overlooked. Love Take Me To Your Heart, and the video is as cute as Rick.

Was @Vasilios Cliff Richard’s milkman?
Thanks for the heads up, love these EPS! Take Me To Your Heart, is an rather overlooked Rick/SAW song too I think.
In the podcast, I guess Cliff would play records to the milkman to see if any were hits.Nn spill?

Sure is, blasting it out right now as it happens.I also love I Just Don’t Have The Heart, it’s a fantastic record
I agree with @WhatKindOfKylie? that it was too soon for that kind of track as only the 2nd single, coming off a mega #1. It would have been like Rick putting out...um, It Would Take A Strong Man as the follow-up to Never Gonna Give You Up or something. Can't forget you flopped as it was a 'fanbase' track. You'll never stop had huge broad appeal but the goodwill for that wasn't there for the follow up. It was bought by Sonia 'fans' only.
He really learnt that routine !
If TikTok in 1989, it would have been flooded with the chorus routine !
And so SAW released the new Jason single the same week to deny him #1.I think the damning point is that it was lined up to be his 100th single but it wasn’t felt good enough for a landmark release and replaced by the far better Best Of Me.

Exactly, as much as I love Can't Forget You, Listen To Your Heart would have made more sense as single #2. I know it only just made it to the top 10, but it did have a pretty decent chart run overall, 8 weeks in the top 40 over late 1989/early 1990. Wonder sometimes if it could have been bigger if released earlier. We'll never know of course!I agree with @WhatKindOfKylie? that it was too soon for that kind of track as only the 2nd single, coming off a mega #1.
