Sugababes - 2023 Touring / Festivals (Europe + Australia)

The show in Belfast last night was incredible. The crowd was absolutely amazing. I felt so much love for the girls. It was full of people there to enjoy music and have a good night. I feel like some of their gigs I went to last year had too many drunk people.

Here is a fun interview Siobhan and Keisha did ahead of the gig (around the 45 minute mark):

The only thing “negative” about last night was that as the girls came on late due to transport issues, there wasn’t as much chat between songs. And I think a few songs were shorter than usual? Too Lost In You seemed to miss the second verse, for example. But it wasn’t the girls’ fault and they still did every song and were very interactive whilst performing.

Linda her mum seems lovely & really down to earth, she's been wesring that hairdo for years though, reminds me of Anna Wintour a lot. Wish I also had such a big family.

I was at Belfast. Enjoyed it so much... but yes, I noticed there wasn't too much chatter in between songs. Didn't know anything about the delay so makes sense now.

One thing me and my friend did find slightly odd was how there was no thing made about Round Round being the last song so that everyone knew to clap for the encore afterwards. Instead it was a bit like 'oh, it's finished?' - perhaps that was down to the time constraints also.

Sugababes were amazing last night as the headline act at Birmingham Pride. They stormed on at about 11:20pm and finished just after 12am and the crowd went wild from start to finish. Incredibly electric and so full of energy.

The girls performed the following tracks, ‘Freak Like Me’, ‘Red Dress’, ‘Hole In The Head’, ‘In The Middle’ (first verses and Chorus only), ‘Push The Button’, ‘Overload’, ‘Flatline’, ‘Ugly’, ‘Flowers’, ‘Round Round’ and ‘About You Now’.

Didn’t take anything away from the night, but poor Keisha struggled at the beginning. Issue with her ‘in-ear’ piece, meant that she started and came in early on her verse on ‘Freak Like Me’, had to pause and start again. Then throughout the song, kept on fiddling and struggled to hear. However, by the end of the track, she had managed to sort it and blew the final go notes out the water. The rest of the show shed was on point!

So glad to have the girls back and with such confidence too!
