They only ever posted in here anyway so that is an effective ban. Deserved!I’ve banned the user from the thread. Transphobic language will not be tolerated in any capacity.
I'm willing to let a lot of stuff slide with the girls but it's totally justified for any fans to swerve this if the indication is it's just going to be the same set they've been doing for the past couple of years. I'm lucky that the O2's about ten minutes away but if you're not living in a major city going to arena shows is expensive.
Omg not us being neighbours?! I’ve missed all of the shows the girls have done the last few years. I’m partially only going because the O2 is walkable from my flat so it’s not too much of a faff, even if it’s the same music they’ve done the last few years.I'm willing to let a lot of stuff slide with the girls but it's totally justified for any fans to swerve this if the indication is it's just going to be the same set they've been doing for the past couple of years. Matt Johnson if you're reading this, please do something x
I am not a conaisseur of English demographic from cities or anything, but I thought I read/heard somewhere the aging is hitting Manchester particularly hard for a city. It is for similar industrial cities in the Netherlands.Manchester is becoming a hard sell in general recently for most artists which is something I’m finding slightly strange.
Well after such a long time they're not going to do anything with it? At the time it made sense to post songs on YouTube or even release a live album. But - from clips i've seen online - they've gotten ever better in the last year while performing at festivals. They're performance on Lowlands was added quickly to their official YT.Is there any rumours or insider knowledge about what happened to the taping of the O2 gig? I remember a few people saying there was professional recording equipment there.

Drum! Which I love (even if it becomes a bit of a racket when they start layering the percussion). It still feels cool, playful and I love the beat switch with Siobhan's outro.I hope they're still working with MNEK for the new album. I love his work and Today was such a stand out track. Did any other tracks he worked with them on leak? I can't recall if it was only Today.
