No Regrets kind of hit me more than ever at how lucky we are to have Siobhan with them and looking so comfortable/content being in a group. The fact that had MKS not happened we might not ever have had more music from her is sad but this (and them being Sugababes) feels like fanfiction beyond belief and we’re experiencing it in real time. Sorry if that’s a weird thing to say but it just hit me after today and I’m just appreciating them more than ever.

The orchestral arrangement of No Regrets is absolutely sublime! The song itself has such an incredible dna, it really translates effortlessly into different settings. I really hope that they do more with it. Everybody I showed it to is obsessed with the song.

I feel the same way. I never thought we'd hear Siobhan sing again, let alone with Mutya and Keisha. The three of them together just feels so right.

I don't know how but I'm sure they've fixed a flub Keisha made on the second chorus of Flowers. On the original radio broadcast I'm sure she missed the first word or two of the chorus as they were harmonising on the end of Siobhan's second bridge.

Yeah the BBC definitely spent the few hours in-between the actual recording and uploading the set tweaking audio here and there. They turned up Mutya's mic for Too Lost In You as well, when I could barely hear her in places as it aired live.

I love the idea of the “The Live Tapes”. It’s a way for us to enjoy a) The Siobhan arrangements. b) the unique vocal blend these three have on these classic songs (personal opinion, I feel the songs are elevated) c) Still being respectful to any original recordings/members.

Plus, they sound fucking unreal singing live and with a band/acoustically/orchestra. Not to mention how much their voices have developed gorgeously since the time they originally recorded.

To be fair, if they've started reaching out to producers and songwriters, then they technically have started!

I am obsessed with these versions and need someone to bring back MTV Unplugged specifically so the Sugababes can do it.

What annoys me more is how every single mention of one of them also includes their age. As if that has any significance?

I get the feeling they won’t start recording until they get label backing, and who knows how accurate the ‘bidding war’ story is, may be tactical PR. We’ll see.
