Scott from Glitter & Gold: the Original Steps Podcast (yes shameless plug). Ironically he also ended up on the same flight as them going to Brisbane so he’s had quite an exciting past 24 hours!
Brisbane was fabulous and the perfect ended for their time here. It’s a MUCH smaller venture than Melbourne and Sydney but the crowd was fantastic. It was actually the first time I stood at the barricade and took some good friends along to that too.
Sydney will remain the best crowd I’ve witnessed. I thought 2023’s crowd was due to World Pride, but they did it again to much more audience participation, singing along and screaming/cheering for minutes after they finished a section.
This was a great end to a chapter of this tour circuit, they’ve worked incredibly hard and I can’t wait for their upcoming tour in a few months.

It’s so nice hearing shape! They have so many bangers that are underplayed - hopefully they do more unusual ones on the uk tour instead of the same set list. It sounds from that recording that they have changed the high harmony on the chorus that Heidi used to sing. Siobhan sounds much lower
