I'd be curious to know what the smallest venue is out of greed of wanting to see them in a more intimate setting.
  2. Omg, I thought it was just me. Yes, she totally looked a bit emotional. I hope she is ok. You never know what someone's going through behind the scenes.

  3. I'm hoping she's just really happy that they are back and touring.

I kinda always love pictures when they're actually in the M-K-S formation.

  5. This is the best news.

  6. Just got home and OH MY GOD. This is amazing. Never thought in a million years they'd attempt any type of arena but I really hope they can pull it off.
  7. Yes. I hate patrolling someone's emotions (we all have them, even me) but I hope she's excited to tour as a Sugababe in front of adoring fans, where she belongs.

  8. I love them, but they'll need the name to do a LOT of heavy lifting here - booking the O2 Academy and the Usher Hall seems ambitious when the MKS incarnation couldn't fill the ABC.

  9. Now it’s just a matter of getting tickets to the date I want (London) but, since I’m traveling from the US, any suggestions on another cute UK to spend a few days in?

Also, where are you guys seeing prices? Not that it matters in the long run because I’ve never paid anything less than a $75 (or, according to exchange rate, 65£) for a show.

  10. Hammersmith Apollo in London will be the 'homecoming' show and likely have a pretty amazing atmosphere. If it's your first time in the UK I'd probably recommend London as it's pretty tourist-friendly with lots of stuff to do.

If you need a weekend show then I'd do Manchester or Edinburgh, both of which are decent.

If you're looking to join it up with London I'd do either Brighton a few days before or Edinburgh/Glasgow afterwards.

  11. Is there a link to watch the interview?
  12. They were never able to fill these even in their heyday, but...maybe the Sugababes name will count for something here?
  13. If they aren't announcing new music alongside the tour, I think that pretty much kills any hope of getting anything remotely soon. You use new music to get attention for a tour, not the other way round.

  14. I'd be really surprised if there wasn't any new music to loop around the tour, even if it's just a single. I'm hoping it's a two pronged thing: sell tickets next week off the back of the name and then drop new music over the summer to give it a secondary bump. Something like 'Today' would go straight on the Radio 2 playlist by the sounds of it.

Rather than the MKS tour which was independently booked, Live Nation are involved with this one so they'll be advising management on stuff like this.
  15. Stereoboard feeds off the website code for SeeTickets which is showing £46-47 per show apart from London which is £53.60. Nottingham Arena have also confirmed on their website.

  16. Yeah venues and amount of dates seems kind of brave but seeing how good some nostalgia acts are working right now...
  17. I love the tour poster even though they didn’t do a photoshoot for it they just look so good on that Hoopla stage.
  18. I think it will be interesting to see what MKS song they perform next. If it’s “Today” again then I’m sure it will get released at some stage. But I’m kind of hoping that each date they perform a different song.
  19. Let’s hope new material was addressed in some capacity at the press day yesterday…
