Spiral is one of my very favorite songs in general, so that would make me so happy…
I always heard that one Mutya ad lib as “Our secret’s safe in bed” it’s honestly so iconic that everyone’s been listening to the same song and hearing something completely different this entire time…

It's "No caisid in your sting". "Caisid" being "disiac" backward, as in aphrodisiac. They've talked in interviews about how the backward lyric was inspired by Missy Elliott.

They sang Disiac when performing it on the Three tour.

It's been a few days since I posted on here but I find it hilarious about all the misconception with the lyrics. When I hear songs like If U Seek Amy where there's a mans voice saying "love me, * me". I feel like some producers intentionally have singers pronounce things oddly because it fits with the melody and it'll be the talk of the town for having such naughty lyrics. I relate to those who that wrote about certain songs. I don't know the song Spiral. Round Round definitely has those chaotic lyrics to confuse you and get lost in a trance on a dance floor kind of vibe.

God, I love this song. It's one of my absolute favorites from the Sugababes.
