It's the opposite for me! Luv SOS but not the deluxe.
So cute! Even though I knew of SZA and loved Julia, Drew Barrymore was really the first song of her's that made me a real fan, so it's full circle that her first TV interview is on Drew's show! (Side note: Also I know it's her thing, but it still catches me off guard how close Drew sits to the guests haha!)

It also makes her show go more viral so she's 100% leaning into it! I think it's funny when people in the comments on clips go "ewww it makes me so uncomfortable!" well you're giving her show the engagement it needs for another season, so she'll keep on holding those hands and stroking those knees!

I can’t say I’m surprised, but I’m so bored of her acting like this is the fan’s issue. Yes, fans in general can be awful, parasocial monsters, but also don’t keep promising dates you’ll release music and then letting said dates go by without any communication?

I mean…we all know she’s unreliable with dates so it’s kind of on you if you got your hopes up. Just listen to the 15 new tracks we got like, 3 weeks ago and stop reading her tweets if it aggravates you.

I have been listening to them, but I was looking forward to some of the piss-poor mixes actually being updated. Considering it's a deluxe version of a 2-year-old album, forgive me for being frustrated that the actual finished version still hasn't arrived (and presumably never will!)
To be fair, this weird trend of 'fans' on social media brazenly calling her a liar is pretty uncomfortable. So I'm not surprised she's annoyed.

Anyway, Good Days feels like it belongs more on Lana than on SOS, if that makes sense. It’s such a sunny set of new tracks! I am currently stuck on the outro in BMF where the beat kicks back in as she sings, “Young and he fine and he tall and he handsome, fuck he’s so fine I might hold him for ransom.” It’s very— getting back that spring in your step-coded. Obsessed.

Literally, like… first it was saying the new mixes were coming at Christmas, then it was January 6th, and now she’s arguing with fans on Instagram and insisting nothing has yet been changed on the album (even though Love Me 4 Me has had a whole VERSE added)… love her but she lies all the time, I don’t think that’s out of pocket to say!

The album has been on repeat for me. It's not groundbreaking like her 2 other studio albums but it still provides the sad but comforting winter experience that she excels at.
