she/they
"Chill Baby" has officially made it into my LANA rotation. I'm still not sold on every track, but the ones that hit... oh, they hit.
Not sure if it’s me you’re telling to “shut up” but I haven’t posted “nothing but complaints”, nor do I have an agenda – she’s consistently one of my most listened to artists. I also think she’s frustrating at times and I’d love to actually hear the finished version of the album. Sorry for posting mild criticism towards an artist on here, I didn’t realise it was against the rules!Y'all are weird about her. If I look up your username in this thread and see nothing but complaints then what I do think is fair to say is that you have an agenda. Shut up.

Also, especially in 2025, if the choice is siding with SZA or fans on twitter...I'm afraid I'm always gonna side with SZAShe's one of those artists where, due to her incredible talent, the delays and fuckery simply do not matter to me because I can tune them out
This feels a bit… unfair at this point? I was merely sharing her latest post which has gained a lot of traction and sharing my thoughts on it, which happens daily with every artist on this forum. Her social media messiness doesn’t annoy me in general but the missed release dates and unfinished music do – and I don’t think I’m “owed” anything but, in that same vein, are fans not allowed to be frustrated that the album she’s charging £60 for the vinyl of still isn’t finished? The only time I see her tweets is…in this thread. It feels masochistic to know her “social media messiness” annoys you and still choose to follow. Enjoy the music!
I have been hammering Lana since I discovered it and it will not release its grip on me. It is an incredible run of songs.
Having said that, I just cannot with the original release and absolutely nothing is grabbing me despite multiple attempts. It's like it's devoid of any hook or melody whereas Lana is jam packed with it. Either way, doesn't bother me as Lana is practically a full length album anyway and I will absolutely take it in all it's stunning glory.
Same, sadly.I'm feeling the opposite right now. I was so immersed in SOS but have not been returning to Lana much. Might be a subconscious reaction to the "Oh, it's not finished yet!" drama. I dunno.
