Nn there's a wide spectrum in between Whitney Houston and what Miss Tate is doing with her larynx. I'm not even hating on Miss Tater, but she's not seeing Slayyyter vocally. To equate the two is frankly irresponsible and maybe even illegal.

Yes, not being a hater (though I am one!), I simply don't think this song screams hit the way she needed it to. It doesn't distinguish itself enough from Greedy or Exes. It's great for her that she managed a top 20 debut (I guess!), but I don't see anything giving this song more momentum, and I don't see it becoming a radio staple. Curious to see what the next step is, because this isn't going to sail through the festive season into 2025 like Greedy did.
