Why are these dated in her streaming catalog to… when they were recorded rather than either the release date or the original parent record’s date? Very bizarre.

They should have just put all four songs into an EP, called it something like "Eras Tour Unreleased EP" and whacked it at the front of her singles releases. The songs probably would have gotten more streams that way too. Casual listeners aren't going to go trawling through her releases.
It's a Lover outtake, we had info about this song and Need back in 2019 when Lover originally came out from some of the "Inner Circle" people (I still am so curious as to who those people are)
There was also a few other rumoured Lover outtakes, which are probably better so she needs jail time for that.
This would be my ideal tracklist and I think it makes a great album.

One thing I've noticed a bit is how the producers on Lover outside of Jack didn't really produce her voice all that well...they took away a lot of the texture and personality of her voice.

All of the Girls is great but I can see why it wasn't included on Lover (even if it's better than the multiple war crimes on that album). The new vocals bring Safe & Sound and Eyes Open to a whole new level. The latter has a rougher edge to it that works better with the production. She's a rawk chick. She loves to rawk out!

I'm so glad to have the new Eyes Open, her vocals on the original were a bit too crunchy for me to fully love it back then.
Also we didn't need confirmation at this point, but she is so twisted and dark-sided for chopping All of the Girls from an 18-track album, especially one that featured some of the absolute worst songs of her entire career.

The idea that she would touch a song with B.o.B. and Dr. Luke on the writing credits in this day and age...hnngh.
Okay but a solo Highway Don't Care would be a big serve, that chorus goes off a bit.
