There's been speculation the holdup is due to her not having the trademark yet and in the latest filing both her attorneys and the ones blocking it requested the application suspension be dropped, which would clear the path for the album to be dropped but not sure what the timeline looks like for these things.

I don’t think you can trademark titles, can you? You cant trademark book titles to my knowledge so I’m not sure you can album titles.

I thought that Speak Now trademark issue was dealt with? But frustrating to hear it’s still ongoing. Hopefully it’s resolved soon.

I don’t think it’s the reason I mean she was still promoting Midnights and tour rehearsals so who knows we might not even get another TV until the end of the tour.

All Of The Girls is veeeery good. Not sure if it’s single material, but it is better than half Lover singles. I can also understand the melody might sound a little “waltz” and she already had the title track there, but it really would be a great opener then followed by Cruel Summer.

I really thought that maybe she was going to release speak now right after the show yesterday dd. Having just One song on the setlist was suspicious but I guess it’s a matter of time (and vinyl production).

I think they're holding out for an Autumn release. Maybe even a surprise release if it's Speak Now? Midnights still feels fresh, the eras tour has only just kicked off. A TV release on top of that would feel like overkill.

All Of The Girls You Loved Before is definitely a breezy spring song. When I heard them Friday I didn't notice it that much, but now (with the tour starting and #hype).

If she releases it now with ''Enchanted'' as the first single, with it being the only song from Speak Now she performs on this tour... I swear it'd be one hell of a devilishly smart move, and I will love her even more for that.

If she releases Speak Now TV on tour, I'm hoping she'll make some room for some more songs. She could easily cut The Archer and Bad Blood to get two more SN songs on the list.

I think she knows whatever single gets dropped with Speak Now will get a very high chart placement (probably #1 in the US) so she's waiting for things to cool off with Anti-Hero and Lavender Haze to avoid overexposure.

She's breaking record after record, and currently doing a monster tour in the US. I don't think things will cool off soon.
