The Apprentice UK - Series 18 (2024)

He / him
I think I’m a bit in love with Phil. He’s so beautiful. I really feel for him because I think he has potential. He’s just always surrounded by complete idiots. Hope he finally gets a win next week.

Give her a damn map!!!
What has she done this series though? She keeps saying she's doing stuff but we haven't seen her do anything. I hope they push her to PM next week.

Flo is the most competent out of them, but definitely has a strong vibe of being entitled and arrogant. I don't like it.

Noor, whilst generally having valid comments and criticisms, doesn't have a particular strong voice or commanding presence at the moment, and probably why no one seems to listen to her. Her plea to be PM and the map reading rebuttal made her seem a bit immature.

She's giving me Susan Ma vibes which is by no means a bad thing, she just needs to be given the opportunity.

Foluso and Onyeka are my two favourites currently. Competent but also staying humble and knowing when to show humility of when they have made a mistake.

Also, those "make your stuff and I'll give you a discount" events were definitely fabricated for the cameras. It was a bit bizarre to see, to be honest.

I thought this too- was super staged- and also the voiceover guy at the start explained most of the items usually part of the fun is figuring it out along the way.

Yeah I found it strange we got told what they were early on.

Also are they not allowed to take the binder or write the item down? Seems a bit harsh especially if you can't say it correctly.

Also surely you would just ask each of the residents about the objects since they are all local items.

Yeh I feel like producers must say there are two glass blowers you can choose from- and it’s upto them to drive out of their way or go closer but blow it themselves etc.

I don't mind them participating with the making but it does feel forced since in real life you wouldn't ever do that when haggling!

I do wonder how the BBC tell these vendors to react and how low they can go in price.

I have a feeling production kneecap so many of their ideas - like, I dunno, going to Tesco for a bag of spuds?

"No, you cannot do that. You must navigate the island using the northern star and a compass forged by Sir Walter Raleigh. That's how Lord Sugarpuss did it in his youth."
They did have to be freshly picked that day. (I reckon they were hoping for clips of the candidates plucking them from the field for a discount.)

Please don’t use misogynistic language.

Oh you’re a moderator are you? What exactly are you even contributing to the discussion by trying to censor my posts? It can be used towards any gender. Get a grip.

A quick look at your posting history and you’re throwing around words like “lame” and calling someone a “rancid little goblin”. Please get your own house in order before trying to paint me as misogynistic when you know nothing about me.

I suggest you take a moment to re-read the rules of the forum:

https://forum.popjustice.com/pages/rules/

How tragic that this even needs to be a rule: do not use words like ‘bitch’, ‘slag’, ‘cunt’ and ‘slut’ to describe women. This has been something we’ve had a lot of discussions about on the forum over the years and it’s a rule that’s staying. The only exceptions are when you’re quoting song lyrics or titles etc.

Attacking other posters for pointing out a rule that you should have read when you joined the forum is unnecessary and is itself not in accordance with the rules. If you see a post that breaks a rule, feel free to hit “Report”.

If there is further disruption to the thread I will not hesitate to issue a ban.

Go ahead and ban me. Interesting that we only promote certain agendas here. It’s ok to use words like “lame” which are derogatory to people like myself with disabilities. And it’s perfectly acceptable to refer to a WOMAN as a rancid little goblin. Nope not discriminatory at all. You lot are so far up your own arses you can’t even see the hypocrisy.

Laters, bitches.

I’m literally just telling you what the rules are. You agreed to them when you signed up to the forum. If you want to agitate for change to ban words like “lame” then you’re free to do so. If you want to report a post you feel breaks the rules, you can do so. Just because you think someone else may have broken the rules doesn’t mean that you get a free pass for your own behaviour.

But if you’d like to be banned I am happy to grant your request.

The way Maura quietly wrecked a showmance between Jack and Sam was masterful. Telling the panel "of course you're going to defend Jack" being the moment he got fired before it happened.
