The opening sounds like Queens of the Stone Age and has me tapping my feet. The chorus?...oh my God it's life-giving. Lindsay's 'bratty' vocals over that explosively fun melody is just heavenly. Careful everyone, this could be that basic bop hill I choose to die on, ddd.

Sprockrooster - 10
Ben Moody is doing a brilliant job here. I really wish he pulled a David Guetta and made an album featuring all the ladies he worked with (hello Avril, Kelly, Anastacia & Céline).

CasuallyCrazed - 10
What a song. I love that it's a banger but the lyrics are still completely forlorn & nihilistic. Get a girl who can do both. This probably should have been the first single (as much as I love "Daughter to Father.")

unnameable - 9
For some reason Ben Moody chose to work with Lindsay after leaving Evanescence. I’m glad he did.

Music is Life - 8
This is good, but does anyone else think this might have been for a Herbie sequel?

imaduck - 8
This song is so much fun.

niccolo - 7
Harmonies are great and it’s a cute little bop. The chorus is a bit too wordy, but it passes anyway. This almost sounds like a Disney soundtrack song, but probably a bit better.

spillett - 6.5
The verses are actually more interesting than the chorus, which is pretty childish.

Did you think we weren’t gonna notice your blatant nab of the guitar from The Police’s “Roxanne”? I’ll give you a pass though, because it’s at least making this track sound good.

I mean, it’s not awful just pretty boring basic. Not something I’m going to seek out.

Stop tagging me!?!!?!!! I thought for a second I was going to be able to rub Over/Rumor's elimination in @Music Is Life's face and then I see this? No way, no how, not happening. What a massive discovery. You're all wrong for this. "chorus too wordy"? That's one of the best features of a bop if you ask me. More fun to sing along to.
Hahahahaha. Now I'm even more okay with this going.

What a beautiful song with a strong intro, excellent verses and unbeatable middle 8. I vote knowing my 11 will be flushed away by some troll voter going “the back half of this album is full of slow songs lol”, but I must stand firmly on the side of Ashlee’s masterpiece (this song that is, not the movie of the same name starring Ash – I have it on DVD, it wasn’t bad but didn’t set the world on fire)

pop3blow2 - 10
This song is special. I can’t completely put my finger on it, even 14 years later. A lot of it is the production. Shanks nails it with this song. On of his best productions. Ashlee seems very raw on the vocal. Again, vocally she reminds me a bit of Courtney Love on this song. It still gives me goosebumps. Honestly, this should've been the signature song on the album. Was on my short list of '11's'

Sprockrooster - 10
This is a classic poprock song. Definitely a track I am hoping and expecting to do unexpectedly well. Phew her vocals get to me effortlessly. With the more down-tempo beat I am loving the spotlight on her voice and the build-up she is showcasing vocally. She carries this track with ease.

I’ve visited this song during break-ups, deaths and general low moments and it remains relatable. The song builds and builds and after the final chorus, you think the build is over and then it KEEPS GOING. The emotions are just on the rise and I am climbing with them.

DJHazey - 9
Oh wait, now I remember why this was recognizable from the tile. That chorus is so quietly arresting. The soundscape of looking out the window and feeling alone. I love those kind of songs sometimes.

Runaway - 9
I remember when she scammed this song into that movie she was in. WHAT A TRIP that was. This is a really good song, and I really love it as a closer.

I used to love this song as a kid, and it still sounds good. I bet this will be eliminated very soon and I'll be the only one giving it a high score, but sometimes you gotta stand by your truth.

Music is Life - 7
This sounds like something that should be on the soundtrack for a teen movie. It's good.

CasuallyCrazed - 7
I love the way her vocal builds from breathy sadness to desperate wail as the song progresses. However I do feel like it missing melodic climax at the end, there's just not quite enough to the chorus....

imaduck - 6.5
Tween Sadbop, the middle 8 is everything.

Seventeen Days - 6
I know there’s probably quite a few people who love this track, but it kind of suffers from “last track syndrome” - it’s pretty, but for me its quietness makes it easily forgettable.

iheartpoptarts - 6
The taste of Marcus.
