An absolute adrenaline shot. Clocking in at the perfect 3:30, the frenetic pace, dizzying production, and weaseling melody gives me everything I want in a pop song.. It actually feels like John & Kara's original prototype for "Boyfriend." I don't think I've ever heard such a frantic (possibly coked out) vocal in a pop song, but somehow her voice soars in that lightning rod of a chorus.

History has clearly forgotten this song, as I've barely ever heard it played or mentioned post 2005, but this also makes it feel like one of the rock-pop-girl era's most underrated secret songs. Not to mention the fact they all managed to work in double entendres for female orgasm into a Disney original... Honestly, what a feat, what a song.

This song never lets up for a heartbeat.

imaduck - 10
BAM, fucking love this song, it's such a statement opening track, and also I always giggle at "I wanna come first…”

Music is Life - 10
Catchy and fun, which describes a lot of her music. Love it.

DJHazey - 10
Wasn't sure at first, but damn when "cuz you're miiine.." kicks in the song becomes lit pretty fast. Amazing find, right off the bat.

Runaway - 10
This was such a great opener to this incredible album. YAS.

iheartpoptarts - 10
Oh heyyyyyy, I forgot this was actually on the album!

Remorque - 9
It's bratty as fuck, but that's totally what I had in mind when I first put Lindsay Lohan and music together. And what she doesn't make up for in vocals, she definitely does in attitude.

niccolo - 8.8
We have yet to receive any further empowering anthems about climax scheduling. This one will do until forever.

Untouchable Ace - 8.7
Will this finish first? We just don't know.

pop3blow2 - 8
I remember hearing this on Radio Disney & thinking, ‘well, they are really playing this on here’. I mean the song obviously has several meanings. It’s not a bad tune.

spillett - 8
Very Hilary Duff but Lindsay has a stronger vocal. It's catchy and a great opening track to set the listener up for what's to come)

orbison - 7.5
I can't even argue or defend why this was one of my favorite songs from this album, but it was. And still is.

Sprockrooster - 7
Not the most spectacular start for an album, but it does what it needs to do as it draws you in.

Seventeen Days - 4
This track tries way too hard to be enjoyable, without ever actually pulling it off. Lindsay’s vocals are a tad thin on this one.

This is just such a stone cold classic. Yes, it's very of its time, but the production honestly still SLAPS. It's actually more Britney than a lot of Britney classics. Iconic lyrics, iconic chorus, iconic video. When this first came out on MTV's Making the Video and immediately started getting heavy TRL rotation, I remember thinking she was poised to become the next global music superstar -- in the big leagues with Britney and Xtina. How wrong I may have been, but this song still harkens me back to her era of limitless potential for domination.

Sprockrooster - 10
A true anthem for the zeroes. I wish this birthed her status as a big pop girl, but the response wasn't as big as it should have been. Absolutely everything is on point here. A great hint at the extreme media attention, amazing beat and a fucking dance-intro in the middle-8 that leaves me bruised. Yes I am going all out.

orbison - 10
TENS ACROSS THE BOARD. This stands the test of time and remains fantastic up until this day. This saved gay rights.

Runaway - 10
This was such a STATEMENT from her, especially as a debut single. BOP.

Music is Life - 10
This song is so great. I love the production, the mix of a dance sound with the electric guitar means I get my life every time. I love the lyrics too.

Untouchable Ace - 9.2
She actually did seem like she was trying to fill the space that Ashlee left. But then this was a bonus track so you all knew her team had no clue.

pop3blow2 - 9
I love this song. I mean it’s a wannabe Britney song, but it’s a really good, wannabe Britney song. This song SOUNDS NOTHING like anything else on the record, though. It’s so out of place. Oh Lindsay, get it together.

unnameable - 9
Lindsay playing the fame game and addressing her fans long before some other people started discussing their reputation.

spillett - 8.5
Sticks out like a sore thumb in comparison to the rest of the album but no denying it's a great track. I actually would have preferred a whole album of pop/RnB from Lindsay than the Hilary Duff-style record we actually got.

imaduck - 7
Low key not a big fan of this song. If this was the Full Phatt mix I would be giving this a 10 because that is Janet Jackson levels of 2004 pop.

Seventeen Days - 6.75
This song makes me cringe a bit at how cheesy the lyrics are now. Like okay, oooh you’re a celebrity and you’re tired of people talking about you, we get it. But it still bops, all the same.

niccolo - 5
This song is iconic in its video and its moment in time, it hasn’t held up for me, personally. I hate discrediting a song for a lack of relatability but maybe that’s a part of it. I kind of bet that she wouldn’t be tired of rumors starting now, though.

iheartpoptarts - 5
When this first came out I was like, oh, come on, nobody is talking about you. And then they were.

DJHazey - 3
A bigger example of a single that made me apprehensive about taking the dive into her discography. This has always done very little for me. When you aren't excited about the singles on a album, it usually makes people hesitant about hearing the rest because they are usually a strong indicator of what you'll get on the album. I'm happy to discover this has a wonderful set of amazing album tracks. This just sounds monotonous to me. Sorry.

Honestly, everyone mentions 'Britney track' when Lindsay literally did Britney better like ten times in her discography, so no.

@spillett is banned from any Hilary thread with this slander he's throwing about towards Queen Hilz.
