I say that with the explanation that I don't really rate Over, never did. Like I said, I only knew a few of Lindsay's songs coming and Over was one of them. There was a time that I mildly liked it but not enough to download it or anything, it's part of why I never had the motivation to hear her albums. I docked it from like an 8 to a 7 because in the midst of songs I discovered from Lindsay it just sounded even less effective.
I obviously think L.O.V.E. is a great pop song and a 9, but against the other five songs remaining, which are all classics, it doesn't measure up at all.

This was always going to be my 11. The absolute DRAMA and emotion in Lindsay’s voice has always grabbed me harder than any other song. That AMAZING music video! HONESTLY TELL ME THAT IT’S OVERRRRRRRRRR!!!!!1!11 The line after the first chorus always kills me. SO GOOD.

At Uni, me and one of my best friends created a Lindsay Lohan covers band where we would just re-write her lyrics and busk them. I've always found this song a bit flat compared to Lindsay's other ballads -- that chorus feels like something P!nk would do on an autopilot day on the silks. I would absolutely NOT have chosen it as a single from Speak. However, I do feel like it really got the locals going, it seemed to connect more with the general public than anything else she ever did, so for that I do pay my respects. This is really the only song of Lindsay's I ever hear at my local grocery store.

Yes, it's a pretty dated ballad, but I still enjoy it for the nostalgia, dahhhhling.

I only gave it a 6 in the Disney Queeens rate, but it's not a bad song by any means. It's just it never really got me too excited, so that's probably why I never listened to her albums in the past. The way the chorus powers into play will always be its best quality.
