What is the record for most voters in a rate, does anyone know that? Just out of curiousity

With over 60 voters my votes will not make any impact I guess. But it will be a good reflection of what the general public considers her best (and worst) tracks

Well, not too big of a surprise here right? I think it’s appropriate that in rating all of Marina’s music the absolute nadir is called on a song that is not really her own. Released as a B Side to Mowgli’s road Space is a cover from some band that no one has heard of since, seriously the music video for the original song has a mere 300,000 views more than Marina’s cover. I actually rather like this song, in hindsight a 7 may have been generous, but I’ve always wanted Marina to embrace this side of her artistry. I know she has a Live Through This somewhere in her! In all seriousness, before Electra Heart came out it didn’t seem out of the question that she could move in a more rock direction.

@JuanJose and @DJHazey noted it’s similarity to Sucker, when do you think Just Desserts will be leaving? The latter calling it “a mess at times”. @Terminus noted it’s similarities to Hole’s first album, @Sprockrooster noted it’s Tragic Kingdom vibes “There needs to be more like this!” while @TheMerryGoRoundLife continues to make comparisons in calling it a One of the Boys reject oh and also “unpolished and sad”. Ouch.

So if there’s one thing we can all agree on, this doesn’t really seem to sound much like Marina.















So I jumped the gun and we have 57 voters, I'm still thrilled with that. Two more eliminations coming to you this afternoon.

@Jwentz I like that you tagging people and that you are providing your favorite part, but you cut out like 90% of my commentary...I hope this won't be the norm considering I wrote a ton!

Space and the Woods - 4 - Well, I appreciate her going for a different style vocally in this, but I'm not feeling it at all. It has that 'Charli XCX' punk side of indie-pop going for it, but it's honestly a mess at times.
