No violins. It has a haunting female choir singing with the classic theme. It's kinda somber actually and like I said gives me huge Candyman vibes. It's different but I really like it.
The soundtrack pre-orders are ready to go... so many different variants to choose from! They also released a track called “Unkillable,” which sounds amazing! The Art edition from Sacred Bones Records is sold out now, unfortunately. I was able to get it yesterday morning, but hadn’t had time to post. Still lots of variants to choose from though!
A new trailer was played at CinemaCon this weekend so I anticipate we’ll have that soon. It teases a plot point which I’m not sure is a major point or just an aspect that the trailer focuses on Spoiler The message from the most recent Halloween Kills trailer is clear: Laurie needs to unmask Michael to truly kill him. Michael's penchant for resurrection seems to coincide with the mask he wears, implying it needs to be removed before Laurie can properly harm him. On a personal level, Laurie also needs to unmask Michael in Halloween Kills and watch the light leave his eyes for her to be assured of his death.

A second trailer looks like it’s leaked. A bit low quality and seems a bit short so might not the full thing or just a teaser. Spoiler
I’m surprised there is another trailer. I feel like the first one did it’s job. I don’t think I’ll watch any other trailers unless it airs in front of a movie.
Kills is getting a screening at the Venice Film Festival tomorrow so expect a bunch of reactions soon! And spoilers too, ddd.
It seems to be removed now (although I’m sure there’s other versions on Twitter/YouTube) but it really really show much that the original trailer didn’t. It does show Miss Marion Chambers in action though.
The second trailer aired during the Impeachment premiere tonight; think it’s more of an extended TV ad than an actual trailer.
Poor You! Though in all honesty, I feel the same with the latest Bond. We've been waiting so long, I'm not excited for it anymore, I just will wait to see it.
I’m SO excited for this. The rumblings that the UK might be in a lockdown during October is giving me absolute anxiety. Imagine we had to wait for the DVD after all this time.
I will NOT expose my eyes to a second trailer. The first one was more than enough with all the spoiled deaths. I understand it's called Halloween KILLS but there was no need to include so many. I'm sure we'll see a lot more carnage in the movie overall but as for now I will not be watching another trailer, thank you very much. No ma'am.
Halloween H20 only has 52% and it's the best sequel in the series so that percentage doesn't scare me off too much.
I’m ok with it coming to streaming services, I’m just wondering now if I go see it in theaters as well just to give them my money and support the movie. Oof.
I don't like this. Candyman and Shang Chi did really well so I don't think this is needed. Having said that does anyone even have Peacock? I feel its one of the least used so it shouldn't effect boxoffice that much.
