Big bunch of actor's heads, tiny and virtually impossible see images of the visually interesting characters, no sense of tone, place or feel... a typical MCU poster if marginally less terrible than most of their other Spider-Man ones I guess.

Homecoming had some decent ones in amongst the shockers, but woof. I wish the MCU felt like it needed to honour the fact it's derived from a graphic print artform and not JUST a cash printing machine.

Of the two, I'd go with Emily all day. Margot is heading up the new Pirates of the Caribbean isn't she? I doubt she'll also be jumping into the MCU. I also just can't see her in that role at all.

John and Emily were two names that were shopped way, way, way back. They're a really good fit for me. But I also remember reading that they were going younger for the MCU F4, with John's Reed being just an alternate universe one to satisfy the fans.

While we’re discussing that event, I wonder if there’ll be a Wanda related announcement at D23 with regards Elisabeth Olsen’s next appearance? I was hoping for one at CC. Are there any rumours floating around on that?

Nothing confirmed, other than it being almost certain she'll pop up in the Agatha show. Hence the name change to Coven of Chaos.

It makes sense that might be the next time we'll see her, as Agatha might be the only other magical being who is capable of either finding Wanda, or knowing who else can.

I was hoping they’d go for a mature Fantastic 4, their whole thing is being a family, and having them all be in their early 20s would be a bit of q miss for me. Still looking forward to whatever it’ll end up being as the last movie was so atrocious.

Hoping the make Sue as powerful as she actually is!

They're releasing lots of big series/movies on Disney+ Day on September 8th to drive subs, exactly as they did last year with Shang Chi, Jungle Cruise and Home Sweet Home Alone.

John and Emily are the obvious choices but a YouTuber made a convincing argument on how his appearance in MoM was simply fan service. If he’s to be involved in the movies, it’ll be as a director only. He’s too busy as a producer/director to commit to a MCU franchise as an actor. We’ll see.

Hasn't Emily stated before that she'd never want to be in a comic book movie too? After she turned down Black Widow I think her priorities changed and doesn't want to be locked into a contract. Maybe if John did it she would too but I don't see it.

Mm, there have been suggestions, if not quite rumors, that Jon Watts left because Krasinski would only play the part if he could direct the film. Although part of me has always thought him being shredded like string cheese by Wanda was Feige giving a middle finger to the fans, telling them to stop casting his movies. But, we’ll see.

He’s also just a bad Reed Richards, but that counts for very little ‘these days’.
