Hmmm...not sure. Everyone has just been sending the list in order in one ballot, and if they skip the optional songs they just cut them out of the list. So if you finish the mandatory songs first and want to send those, than send the optional ones in a separate ballot, that's fine.

So basically it's up to you dddd.
