Oh I'm 100% doing this. I actually already know my 11!!!
Very much in to this. Some very fond memories of the early Hannah/Miley albums.
I’m about to start the process of moving house so I’m weary I can’t commit fully at the moment, but I will try my absolute best to get involved. I could rate the first 2 Hannah albums, Meet Miley Cyrus, Breakout and Can’t be Tamed from memory though so that helps.

The soundtrack album that started it all. This was the soundtrack for the first season, and went into production about a month after the season premiered, meaning they had songs already so I don't know why they were kidding themselves into thinking they wouldn't immediately send a soundtrack into production. Anyways, the themes across the album mostly touch on girl power and Miley's character's double identity as a normal girl and a pop star, covering the basic themes of the first season itself. Disney is a lot of things, but one thing they know how to do is get people who can craft some great, fun pop music, cause this has that in spades. The songs on here bop so hard I can never sit still when listening to them. Miley sounds so young - obviously - but it's clear she can sing well and has some control. The original release featured 8 songs credited to Hannah, and a ninth credited to Miley and her dad, as well as one song each by The Click Five, Jesse McCartney, Everlife, and B5 none of which I've ever bothered listening to. What I feel like some people might not realize is how successful this was. It debuted at number 1 with first-week sales of 286,000 copies, beating out albums like The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance and Once Again by John Legend. This was technically Miley's first number one album, as well as the first TV show soundtrack to debut at number one. It has since been certified triple-platinum and is the second-best selling TV soundtrack behind...High School Musical. Disney (and Miley to some extent at least) did that. How well will these classic Hannah songs fare in this rate, as many of them won't get scores from many of you? We'll have to wait and see.

First album down. Three tens so far. One definitely unexpected one that I don't expect to be well loved here. This is a nostalgia trip tbh, which almost makes it hard to rate certain songs. But it's so fun.
