RESULTS

The Results for the NOW Rate will be broadcast LIVE on my Radio Show at 4:00pm today. Tune in by clicking on tThis Link Here! The show will be saved and you can listen back in case you miss it.

The results will also be added to this thread around 7:30pm! With pictures and voting information.

For the next 7 Weeks we will be voting for the best NOWs of all time. We kick things off with the early NOWs 1-9 (from 1983 - 1987).

VOTING:

To vote, you just need to put these NOWs in order of your most favourite to least favourite. With your Number 1 being the highest and your 10 being the lowest.

Also, please include your favourite songs from Each NOW. You can only pick THREE songs from each NOW CD. Your top 3 will be added to other peoples to make a little mini chart to go with each NOW's results (if that make sense)

PM me your list before the 6th June and the results will be revealed on the 7th (A Saturday (right after my radio show *shameless plug)). I'd love to join in, but just looking at the first 2 tracklists I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Comparing two songs is one thing, but two lists of songs is a whole different beast. Will put some thought into it, might just have to rank all tracks to get some sort of average.

It can be hard. But I'm going to vote based purely on which NOW has my fave songs. Because it's safe to say a lot of the early NOWs have more "deep cuts"/"pop gems" than they do hits. I don't know what I'm gonna do when we vote the teenage NOWs.

Been giving these NOW albums a spin on the Vinyl player. The songs on them all do sound amazing still. But I don't own NOW 9, which is odd because I'm sure I brought it a year ago

GUYS! I just had a great idea on how I can show the results! Every Saturday evening I do my own little Radio Show called Pop Pleasures which you can all listen to online.

How about Each Saturday for the next few weeks I broadcast the results of the NOW Rates and play the top 3 songs from each NOW. Obviously I'll be updating it on this thread as well, but I thought it'd be something different.

Yay? Nay? Thoughts?

If it goes well, I shall link you to the show.

Ah fabulous! I can broadcast the results are 7:30pm. You don't have to tune in, you can still check this thread for the results.

I'm onto this....just had PJOPS11, my 80s Rate and the Singles Rate thread to get on top of.

This rate is like picking your favourite child! Difficult to say the least.

Glad people are on board with the Radio Show! We have a total 4 (5 when Eric votes). I guess more people will vote when we get to more recent NOWs.
