Ugh Nothing Breaks Like A Heart is going to win but I’m rooting for The 1975.

...have you heard “About Work The Dancefloor”? That is £20 Prize crack.

True. It does bop though so I would rather that!
  5. Marina and Cheryl wouldn't have been out of place in the shortlist.
  6. That's actually a pretty strong shortlist. I can see Georgia winning but also Clean Bandit or Mark.

I'm up for Rita winning again and becoming the new Girls Aloud.

Yeah, surely Georgia has this in the bag.

  8. I'm SO OLD, haven't heard any except Mark Ronson and The 1975. Need to get listening, or admit defeat and just become a Simply Red stan...

  9. It’s not old age, for sure.
These are all basic bops that were everywhere.

Georgia for the win, thank you.

  11. All The Songs probably should've made it, but not an awful list, shockingly.

  12. Shit, that's a hard one.
My vote would be for Ritual, closely followed by Nothing Breaks Like A Heart and Electricity. Georgia would be a worthy winner too.

Surprised Will Young isn't in there.
  13. Georgia wins. Hurrah.

  14. The only Marina song that even remotely deserves it is already there.

  15. It's Not Living is leagues ahead of the the rest in that list whew an 11/10.
  16. Awful shortlist would be an UNDER statement.

    Some major omissions..mine would be:
'All The Songs' by Will Young
'Bigger Than Us' by Michael Rice
'Falling Like The Stars' by James Arthur
    'Favourite Thing' by Fleur
    'Hello My Love' by Westlife
'Hold Me While You Wait' by Lewis Capaldi
'I Could Get Used To This' by Becky Hill ft. Weiss
'Love Made Me Do It' by Cheryl
    'Lucky Stars' by Lucy Spraggan
    'Moves' by Olly Murs
    'Racing Cars' by Ruti
'Someone You Loved' by Lewis Capaldi
'Two of Us' by Louis Tomlinson
'Woman Like Me' by Little Mix ft. Nicki Minaj

I would have expected 'All The Songs' to be a shoe-in to win the whole thing never mind not even being nominated.
