I read it’s something to do with SPD since the timeline is close to the events of that series. What are the costumes Adam and Aisha are wearing?

Trailer is out.
So we have a bit of a description for Once and Always.
And this alleged leaked photo from the set.
I hope this is wrong and if they do choose to kill of Trini it isn't in a car accident. It would be in such poor taste with what happened to Thuy.
Judging by the trailer it seems to imply she sacrificed herself to save Billy.

I think it stems from my expectations from the stylings of the Lightning Collection. Technically it's an entirely new line so I shouldn't be so harsh, but it just looks...janky. Monster-wise, it'll probably scale well tho with the Rangers.I know what you mean, I've seen a lot of negative comments.......hopefully they won't stuff up Madame Woe too much, she doesn't have a human face, which helps.
I’m not expecting it in the TV show, although it would be nice, but I’m a tad disappointed they haven’t done it in the comics, considering the other rangers have had romantic storylines. I don’t think Billy has ever had anything romantic, so maybe that’s their long term plan.Am I the only one who is hoping they do canonically make Billy gay in this special?

That’s disappointing only because it would be great representation but I respect his view.I think David Yost has said he doesn't see Billy as gay. Yes the actor is, but he believes Billy to be straight.

I'm surprised Hasbro aren't pushing the reboot sooner, because there is still definite mileage and interest in MMPR.We’re incredibly proud that our first POWER RANGERS BOOM! DIRECT RESERVE campaign, which offered six Deluxe Hardcover editions collecting the first five years of BOOM! Studios’ Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, became one of the top 10 funded comic book campaigns in Kickstarter history.
