Another one in the casket.
I don't want to fall in love
Just want to have a little fun
Then you came and swept me up
And now I'm done so done
Falling madly deeply I
Surprise myself enough to find
That what's begun is love
And now I'm done so done, I'm done
Another elimination that I really like. It’s a cute ballad, albeit Nicole-heavy. I don’t really have much to say about it, though. It wasn’t performed live (I think) and it’s a cute closer (although not really if you factor in all the rereleases of Doll Domination, dddd).
PCDPG finds it to be ‘One of their best ballads and one of my favorites.’ Reboot also likes it, ‘I love a good ballad.’ Evilsin is content, ‘Ooh, this is nice, surely nice to end an album with’, which Filler quickly shuts down, ‘No I'm not, there are 11 tracks to go on this album alone. What the fuck is up with Doll Domination, I'm tired, let me go, fucking hell.’ I love it when the commentary writes itself, thanks gals x. Sprockrooster confuses me a bit, ‘Not sure how I feel about that dream catcher sound on the album. I love the effect, but what is the use? Is there some meaning? I NEED TO KNOW.’ Nn, what is a dream catcher sound? I’ve googled it and I’m still confused. Weslicious calls it ‘forgettable and pointless’ and Slice of Life agrees, ‘Same, cyst. I'm done.’ GhettoPrincess wonders, ‘Another one from the scrapped Nicole solo album? Not as boring as Happily Never After though.’ Hmm, could be, especially the former half is very Nicole-centred. We’re closing things off with Remorque, ‘Oh, the drama… Yet this is one of Nicole’s best ever ballads and describes entirely what we (and the rest of the band) felt after this album.’ And what the GP felt as soon as Nicole started her solo career? A mess, a kii, a cackle.
A mandatory messy fan video:
