Our first non-Sway/non-promo single to leave us! Australian Top 17 smash.

I have to say that I’m not a fan of the first half of the song but after the little switch up, I love it. Especially the opera-esque vocals in the background. It is very of its time, though. I’m writing this in the dark with my window open and a thunderstorm going off and it honestly goes the fuck off, especially the latter apocalyptic half. I think I might prefer the version with Snoop as well? I've always liked his pop features.

Reboot agrees, ‘Phenomenal production. 1:55 onwards is so, so good. I still have no idea what the lyrics are about, though.’ You and me both. Weslicious enjoys the Snoop feature, ‘The Snoop verse is essential. The single version is lacking in comparison but the opening 'I'm feeling kinda tipsy...' is great. Overall a 10 for being completely different to anything else they did and it still has me bottle popping close to a decade later.’ Remorque doesn’t like Snoop, ‘I used to think this was a fucking mess and a half, but the production ain’t half bad when you get past Nicole’s awful singing and Snoop’s presence.’ GhettoPrincess addresses all of his points, ‘This is very underrated. Yes the vocals are robotic but we all know Nicole can sing. Maybe I’d feel very different towards the track if it was a bigger hit. I like Snoop Dog’s part on it and the middle 8 would probably be my favourite part.’ Slice of Life is content, ‘It's sufficiently good.’ Tylcer904 can’t resist its charm, ‘Should be annoying but I love it’, and neither can lemonsqueezyy, ‘So basic but what a fucking smash.’ Production stan evilsin gives ha take, ‘Kinda hypnotizing. I like how you can here both Sean's and Fernando's contribution in the production’ and Sprockrooster gets particular, ‘"You turn me on, you shake the world, so don't you wanna take me, just because I am the chosen one, oh them models are gonna hate me." That part is so damn lush and basically the only reason I stan this track.’ A damn good reason to stan it. For PCDPG, it pops off live, ‘I like this song but it’s a bit repetitive. The live performances of this song are amazing though.’

This song didn’t get any 11s but Filler’s commentary almost makes me regret not giving it mine, ‘What a peculiar and underrated pop production. Why does it sound so sinister? How on earth do you deliver a lyric like "all them other models bottling like momma's bottle taaastyyy" with menace? Feels like a spiritual successor to the incongruity of Beep's weirdly sombre instrumentation. I simultaneously feel like I'm in a candy floss factory and Silent Hill. My favourite post-relevance Pussycat Dolls release.

I'll let that last sentence slide, but once again,

Out of their main singles Bottle Pop is my least liked.

Hopefully Whatcha Think About That and Wait A Minute exit before the top 10 too.

I love Hot Stuff! Especially since Carmit sings the outro for the chorus.

Also, it's lowkey a cover of this (including the instrumental!), minus the chorus which is taken from "Hot Stuff" by Donna instead

Bottle Pop just doesn't sound like a single to me. I'd never heard it before this rate.

Wait A Minute is one of their best songs. If anything 'Don't Cha' can go in the low top ten because I've been sick of that (good) song since 2005 and I haven't listened to it in full SINCE.

Painted Windows

Average: 7.552

Highest: 1 x 11 (@Weslicious), 6 x 10 (@tylerc904, @GhettoPrincess, @Terminus, @PCDPG, @Conan, @Mr.Arroz)

Lowest: 2 x 1 (@Sprockrooster)

Our highest rated album track in the rate! Justice for Flirt. I do think that’s it’s one of the best and I’m glad it got that much love despite not even being on the original edition. It’s very Gaga-esque (again, with no Germanotta writing credit), which can never be a bad thing.

Our lowest scorer, Sprockrooster, is not a fan, ‘What even are all these filler tracks doing here? Fighting a battle who is the most offensive on the ears? Well, with this cheap Timbaland beat you make sure you are victorious.’ Nn, it wasn’t produced by Timbaland. Terminus didn’t submit any commentary but this with his scores, ‘Painted Windows better be highest non-single, or I'll be livid.’ I gotchu. The good sis evilsin has not had got experience with Bey stans, ‘Sounds fuzzy. Or like a hive of bees. Which is extremely frightening to me.Slice of Life stans the bee part, ‘Zeum. zeum, zeum-uh. Iconic.’ Filler questions its existence, ‘Yeah, alright, but it is a bit "surprisingly passable Sugababes 4.0 album track" isn't it? How excited can you sensibly get about a song just because it might have been a better single choice than "Hush Hush; Hush Hush"?’ Well, GhettoPrincess has the answer to that, ‘Now this song pisses me off because it’s an amazing bop that should’ve been a single. Criminal Popinjustice here…. So good, that bridge and chorus in particular just give me life. Melody’s middle 8 is a great moment for her. If this is what the sound of the third PCD album would’ve been like then it’s a damn shame we missed out.’ Gather ha! It’s a lot for Remorque, ‘I bloody love how they threw everything but the kitchen sink at this one, yet I kinda feel it doesn’t go anywhere? I like it, but I’ve completely forgotten about it now another song is playing…’. Tylerc904 likes The Fameation of the song, ‘Another GaGa-penned track? Brilliant nonetheless and I was thrilled getting it on the Mini Collection/Doll Domination 2.0!’ It’s a 10-worthy track for PCDPG, ‘One of their absolute best songs. I love that Melody has a lot of vocal parts and not the usual adlibs.’

Finally, Weslicious explains why it’s an 11, ‘My 11. Why? Because it’s a pop masterpiece that was relegated to not just a bonus track but a bonus track on a re-release. Not only did it deserve a prominent placing on each edition of Doll Domination it also deserved a single release, a remix package, a video and multiple live performances. Hell, sod the 5 solo tracks, they should have just recorded this song individually and made that the bonus disc.’

Me with my cystren @Slice of Life and @evilsin doing some choreo to it

And now we only have singles left! One will miss out on the top 10.

I've loved all the songs from the last couple of pages, but mostly proud my 11 made the Top 20. Did not see that coming!

Of course, Buttons has to win. Wait a Minute, Don't Cha, and Beep would be my ideal next cuts but that ain't ever gonna happen.

OH @Sprockrooster, I really really dislike your taste sometimes. I guess I can't complain with it being the highest album track though.
