Yeah I hate the editing the last few seasons, it's giving Teen Mom.
I thought the episode was fine? People are doing the most over this season. Yes, it's not amazing but it's no way near bad (honestly ATL's never had a bad bad season to me). I will say again that Sanya needs to be cut once things are wrapped. I hope the ratings improve and more than anything, I pray they don't fire Shereé. Love her so much and she deserves this platform.
Porsha's comeback is overdue and it feels like her return is on the cards for the show's sweet sixteenth. I think they'll reach out to either Kim or Cynthia (I'd be surprised if it's both because typically they never go for more than one returnee) to be back as a friend.

I don't know I'm enjoying this season a lot. Kenya and Sheree have so much charisma and are so funny that I could watch them two for hours. Kenya's reaction when Sheree told her she was expecting fjfjdjdj
I do agree that Sanya needs to be cut next season. I also feel like Kandi is just too busy for the show. I'm happy she's being honored and she's doing all those great things but her solo scenes are just not very compelling and that's what we're getting the most with her so errr, I know it won't happen but maybe she should take a little break from filming.
Courtney gives me the worst vibes but at the same time I like what she brings. Monyetta is huh, lovely.

The insistence that Porsha was in any way integral to pushing storylines and drama along when at worst she was violent or completely unwilling to own her faults and at best a supporting character / puppet / pawn in others' takedowns. I guess she is silly at times but I just don't view her as the ratings draw most seem to?
I can’t stand Porsha and was happy to see her go, but for better or worse I do think she is a big ratings draw. Her spinoff did solid numbers (despite her coming across terribly and getting in yet another on-camera physical altercation that she again took zero accountability for). I think they will do a big return narrative for her prior to next season like they did with Heather coming back to RHOC.
I think Marlo needs a big burly anchor like Nene for her to be most effective. She is an agent of utter chaos which is fun to watch at times, but she lacks the brains to understand how to do it in a way which plays the story forward and not hinder it.

Nice rebound this week
Marlo is such a chaos agent this year. It feels like she's trying to be the new 'force multiplier' (to quote Carlos King), but it's yet to be determined whether she'll pull it off. She is driving the story which is exactly what's needed.
I'm enjoying the season but something does still feel a bit.. off and I can't put my finger on it. Next year they should ditch Sanya, Monyetta, Courtney and bring back some of Porsha, Cynthia, Eva, Shamea.

Agree with all of this. I appreciate that Marlo's trying, even if she isn't always getting it right. Next season needs to be:
Shereé, Kandi, Porsha, Kenya, Marlo as the core 5. I'd keep Drew as well as I think she's oddly endearing despite the fact that, respectfully, she continues to take L after L. Plus she's the most natural link for Porsha's return, alongside Shereé. With Porsha comes Shamea as a friend, which I'm not bad about as I've always liked her. Axe Sanya.
After that, I think Bravo will want another newbie. I don't see them bringing back two previous peach holders full-time, I feel like that never happens in the world of Housewives (even though it should). Maybe Kenya's friend is someone they're eyeing up? She seems good on paper.
Then I see the last friend contract being a battle between Cynthia and Kim. They seem to like Monyetta as well? I think she'll stick around as a friend to.

This has to be one of the worst housewife ‘trips’ ever like why didn’t they pull the plug when Kandi couldn’t go? Or when Drew got sick?
It just made no sense for Kenya to be there without Kandi or Drew and I guess that highlights the cast has become too split. Sometimes I guess you do need a Cynthia!

The trip being as bad as it was actually made it worthwhile. Production breaking the fourth wall to tell Kenya the charity event was shit was my highlight. She is so terrible at planning trips it’s hilarious to watch the ladies go through it.
