100% that! Kyle's Achilles heel is her desperation for being liked, probably stemming from that same rivalry; both actresses yet Kim had the more impactful roles.

And then the show comes around and she showcases her perfect life, her dreamy marriage with a hot husband, her lovely children, all while Kim's issues and dirty laundry are showcased to the world. And yet, no matter how much messiness they show... Kim's still adored.

I think it adds credence to the notion that Rinna really did leave on her own. It's for the best - I think she'll return eventually, but it'll be a nice dynamic shift for the season.

The only part that really doesn't make sense is bringing Denise back now. She wasn't compelling originally, and the only real reason for her to return would be to see her interactions with Rinna.

Hmm, I think the season will flop without Rinna at the current rate (hear me out). I'm getting flashbacks to when Tamra/Vicki and Nene were fired. If you're losing someone that's usually the central force of drama, you really need to do something drastic the following season to stop a slump happening.

We all saw that season 15 of OC and 13 of ATL bombed because they did nothing to fill the hole that their villains left. This would've been a good time to bring back some old faces (not guest appearances) as diamond holders while sourcing decent new talent (isn't the newest housewife said to be super problematic?). I don't know, we'll see what happens but I think her absence will be obvious. Sorry girls!

Rinna was phoning it in those last few seasons. I’d rather a boring season than another season of her manufactured drama. She was beyond due for a rest. They need to revamp the alliances and find a new source of drama.

I definitely wouldn’t compare Rinna’s exit to Vicki, Nene or Tamra because Rinna was not nearly as good a HW as them. She was good, but not on their levels in terms of carrying the show.

You barely saw inside of her home, which was always a strange omission. The garden, even the garage, but she didn't want people to see much else. I liked Rinna, she was an immense presence on the show, but towards the end...all the bullying, nastiness, and what she did to Denise and Sutton. It wasn't fun anymore.

Didn't Denise comeback sort of unplanned, like she attended one of Garcelle's events as her actual friend, and it went from their. I expect her more a Guest next Season than anything.

Kathy was never going to come back and give Vyle the storyline she wanted after that Reunion, and if we never see her again, well, find a Friend Of who's gone out stronger. Jokes aside, she's filming Paris In Love Season 2, and with Kim back in the fold a bit, who knows if we'll finally get Andy's dream sit down with all three of them by Season 14.

Rinna had to go, she was RHONY S13 levels of bad.
