No idea where the intro clips are coming from but they are gorgeous. It’s kinda cool that OC has had an intro refresh every eight seasons now. It was never intended to happen this season, it was decided in post production when the season was almost finished editing that it was worthy of new graphics.
I feel like Peacock and the RHOA paying for their own cast photo shamed Bravo into putting more effort in the cast photos and the intros. RHOA also got a lovely refresh. I’m sure BH will as well since they get a new intro/cast photo each season anyway.
I’m glad this return feels like a real event. We had a good, creative trailer, nice cast photo and a new intro. I really hope the ratings reflect what I predict will be a return to form for OC. I am so ready for New Jersey to be over.
The premiere is fun. It couldn't be more Tamra heavy and the Tamra VS Shannon feud from the jump is fantastic. That said, the show remains as tedious as ever when those two aren't on screen. Jenn doesn't give anything in this first episode, and it's obviously too soon to make a decision on her, but she was giving far more S16 Jen than Noella. On that note, the Noella void is so apparent and it really saddens me. She had such an infectious energy that would help make any of the Amiga-free moments feel relevant.
I watched all 61 minutes of that video s*oned last night and I'm convinced it belongs in The Louvre.

Yep, Tamra and Andy (and seemingly the whole cast) have all said the trailer was underwhelming when they know what went down this season. So I’m pumped. They can’t do a Mexico trip Without Vicki.
As the other cities diminish in power, it only makes sense for OC to rise from the ashes. We're not that far from franchise highlight Season 14, I know Tamrat can do this!

I know Andy said the lack of promo is intentional because they don’t “need” it, but im a little worried. They haven’t been promoting it at all and the trailer didn’t show much.

I’m picking up my watch of OC after leaving it for several months and I’m on season 5. I couldn’t really distinguish who was who in the first 4 seasons, aside from Vicki and Jo, although that’s mostly because I wasn’t really paying much attention.
