I feel like the show is becoming less toxic without Candiace around, SORRY DRIVE BACK CHANTEUSE.

It's lighter now and things are moving along quick with a lot of fun moments thrown in, like that sit down lunch Neck had with Zen Wen.

I was sad to see her go but Candiace had become such a bitter drag on the show and utterly refusing to shift, and this season does feel already like its got more movement and lightness to it again.

Candiace had become like a spanner in the machine of the show, grinding it to a total halt.

I mean let’s not completely rewrite history here. She had her issues with the other girls that seemed irreparable yes, but Candiace was more willing to move forward with Robyn and Gizelle last year (or at least be civil/cordial) but Green Eyes had absolutely no interest in any sort of resolution. They were the thing grinding any sort of progress to a halt.

Robyn, for me, was the ultimate stumbling block. It isn't coincidence that Gizelle is suddenly watchable without Robyn.

I do think Gizelle probably receives favorable treatment but editing down a two hour lunch to fit into a ~40 minute episode is pretty standard.

I really like Stacey! She gives me Kenya resemblance-wise, and she seems classy and well put-together. I stan her!

Yeah Stacey gives off compassionate vibes as well. She certainly seems a better fit than Jaqueline or Askale, no shade to them.

I'm absolutely living for Stacey and Keiarna already this season! Stacey seems like she has a great recipe to be a long-lasting housewife; she reminds me of Kenya circa season 5 a little bit.
