The Reissue Thread!

I’ve been enjoying these Erasure deluxe reissues, I’ll definitely be getting Cowboy.
I’m loving the yearly pace they’re coming out now. But I do wish they’d reissue the first 3 deluxe albums as those were were released like 15 years ago and they’re long out of print and expensive in the second hand market.
I’m glad they picked this reissue project up again after the big gap.

Tracklist of the forthcoming Erasure - Cowboy (Deluxe)

'Hilariously' I use Deezer, and In My Arms (Acoustic Version) seems to be unavailable. There's no match under the artist or by track title. I've tried every solution I can think of to locate it - including creating a playlist of the one track on Spotify and then transferring it to Deezer by TuneMyMusic - but Deezer then says it can't find a match for it. I've had issues before with different streaming platforms having access to slightly different back catalogues, but missing new releases is a fresh - and unwelcome - development.

I don’t personally use Deezer, but I checked it out myself on their platform and it looks like it’s straight up missing this 2024 expanded version currently, so it makes sense that none of your tricks are working.

I wonder why this is the case as surely it’s a fairly automated process for the label to submit releases to all music services? I know that sometimes Qobuz can take until the following day to have a release show up on their end, but it is Saturday and it looks like it’s still not there.

I have Dancing On The Couch…. It’s certainly loud, not sure it’s as loud as Go West, but it seems quite muddy too and not have the delicate touch of the 1987 original. It would be interesting to see the numbers. The different unreleased version of The King Is Dead is rather fab though.
