You can still get it from website : https://samfox.com/product/angel-with-an-attitude-3/The only thing I really need from Sam (besides the new album) is the Angel With An Attitude CD. Somehow I never managed to get a copy of that.
And arguably the last great traditional 80s pop album (3 weeks after Johnny Hates Jazz).Just brilliant for one of the best pop albums of the latter 80s.
No involvement from me just aware of the release details. That was worth waiting for and thank you @Anjoel40
Can anyone clarify where all the single mixes and edits of Rise To The Occasion were originally released?
I'm struggling to put actual single releases from the time to all the versions listed.
I loved all the singles from the debut, but yes I agree those were the best. This Is Me is an all-time favourite of mine. Fair enough it struggled on original release in 1986, but to then only make #22 in '88 was a surprise.Anyone else think that This Is Me and I Won't Bleed For You were better than their two actual hits (which I'm not fussed to ever hear again whereas I could happily revisit these two).
I have a huge soft spot for Room To Move, which eventually became a U.S. top 10 for the “new” Animotion thanks to its inclusion in My Stepmother Is An Alien, featuring none other than then-Mrs. Richard Marx, Cynthia Rhodes.I bought their singles from the beginning in late 86 with the original This Is Me issue, which was a 9 minute 12" version but whether it's the Extended Version or the 12" Version, who knows. Note the This Is It PWL mix has never been in full length on cd, the Jap 'Keep It Special' CD was mislabelled and the version included was the 1986 one.
Love Changes and This Is Me for me, I didn't think Bleed was a good single choice, I would've gone with Room To Move or Break The Silence.
It's the 1st CD album version, not the Hip Hop Remix. Can anyone verify which versions are on EM 33
