  5. I almost forgot about Wish, that was in the middle of my love for Achtung Baby, Doppleganger, Ten, Angel Dust and the like, so right up my street. But I don't think I've played it since about 1994!

  8. She's recording a new album at the moment. I am sure she was asked on twitter about a boxset and said she would be up for it. Hope it happens.

  9. Same here! Take your time Edsel. Give test discs to fans so that errors can be caught in advance.

  10. I think i have the majority of the cd singles (well the ones released) but would also love a boxset....

  12. It's been so quiet this year and now we are getting The Cure, Five Star and Kirsty!

    Our poor wallets...

  13. Kinda tempted by this just for all the Walking Down Madison mixes! Such an underrated song.

Eric Generic, ModeRed and Anjoel40 like this.
  14. Sadly I think Kirsty is underrated in general. Some fine albums too, Titanic Days my current one in favour

Eric Generic and RaggedTiger like this.
  15. Did you ever get the Debbie one?

  16. The Debbie Gibson set is gorgeous. The Dead or Alive one is nice, too (errors aside). I know the colours and design are not loved here but I don't mind it.

So far, I think the Five Star box set could be the release of the year.

  17. Oh wow, this came from nowhere! What's the context, or theme....just her Virgin output I assume, from the years?

  18. I'm digitising my May 1991 charts at the moment, and it's reminded me how little I rated Walking Down Madison at the time, compared to how I would chart it now...

    ModeRed and idratherjack like this.
  19. It's funny how Alison Moyet was offered the track. Maybe Kirsty was in two minds about the song as well.

  20. I never knew this!
