How come Wildfire is in the extras section here but was on Living For The Weekend in the song list? That album needs all the help it can get, it's looking pitiful dd.

No but seriously it needs to be left alone for a while now. Like how does the extras section have more songs left?

It's because my songlist was pretty much me copying the order from the 2015 list, but since then I've re-considered that since Wildfire is actually a B-Side, it belongs in that section.

The remaining Living for the Weekend songs are overrated to me, at least in comparison to the songs it is going to battle against, for the most part.

Living for the Weekend gets that break, at least to kick off the Top 40 anyway.

On Your Radar Rank | 9th (11th in 2015)

VIPs | @MilesAngel @Hazey's Mom @Untouchable Ace (10) @RUNAWAY (9.5)

Most Solo Time | Rochelle and Vanessa

Hazey Says | The chorus is pretty solid, especially the second half of it, but the Ronessa pre-chorus is the true highlight. The album is so good that it does get lost in the shuffle a bit, however it’s still a really great pop song. (7)

The band wrote this song with English songwriter Vicktoria Hansen.

Comments in 2015 were mostly how this was considered a rare filler track for On Your Radar, but those who were here for it, described being eventually swept up by melodrama after letting this slow-burner marinate. A strong candidate for best grower among their deeper cuts.

Commentary

@Phonetics Girl (8.5) - While I recognize this as a great power pop moment, it's just not imprinted on my mind the way my faves are.

@daninternational (8) - Like the dance elements.

@Attis (7) - More of that electric guitar please.

@louciano (6) - Love Vanessa, don't love her vocals on the middle eight. The rest of the song is all a bit meh, especially when stacked up against the rest of the album.

@Sally_Harper (2) - Never really liked this, and the lyrics of Una’s verse make me cringe.

There you go, this the classic example of commentary for a filler track on a great album. Also, we hear 'great power pop', 'great guitars', and 'great dance', like it's the 'jack of all trades' song but masters none.

Despite @Sally_Harper's critique of Una's section here, all of the positive shoutouts came in 2015 where Rochelle and Una both got 2.

#39 will be the only elimination tomorrow and also comes from the second half of their main discography.

Open Up is a really boring song with not many elements to like. It really gets lost in their overall discography (I just listened to it again and could not tell you how it goes).

For Myself going out now is a slight injustice when Do What You Want With Me, I Say Ok, Move On U & Faster (might catch flack for that one) from On Your Radar should probably all have been eliminated before it. It’s by no means the standout song on the album but the chorus is a blast, especially Una’s ‘walk away’s’.

I only knew Died In Your Eyes was a cover by reading the old rate's commentary before I started scoring.
It has a very pretty melody and the vocals are great, but I did dock a few points for it being a cover. 7.6.

I enjoy Can't Wait a lot, but as has been said, the verses and chorus don't quite fit together. I'm also not a huge fan of the middle eight. 7.2.
