I don't mind Kevin copying a bit, the whole phonecall thing was done in When A Stranger Calls, the theater scene you mentioned and his big idea for a fake massacre in 3 was done in April Fools Day but the execution worked and it was a nice homage to the classics.
So Scream has been added to UK Netflix and I’ve stuck it on and I’m wondering if any tech girlies could tell me if the transfer is taken from the 4K remaster? The colour grading looks much nicer but I’m not sure if it’s just my eyes playing tricks.

A truly brilliant sequel that upped the stakes and the terror and kept the legacy going. I'll always love it for having the best cast. Even the smaller roles like Joel, the soriety sisters, Cici, etc.--everybody made their mark in the film. I feel like everything they included in the film added to it's quality. We also got one of the greatest sequences ever with Gale and Dewey in the theatre. That was one of the best things Wes Craven ever shot!

I swear if we only get shots made for the trailer and no glimpses of actual scenes in the movie.....
Also what is 2pm UK time but in the US EST?
Do we remember what we got when 2022 came around? Was it the full trailer, or a teaser? I know we got a "final" trailer a week before release (which had shots of Sidney walking in the house that aren't in the final film, as well as dialogue) and 2:19 trailer with Jenna's opening originally (with Sidney dialogue that didn't make the film and the whole "Hello Sidney, it's an honor" trickery....), but I don't remember any shorter ones than that.

So it's seems a bit weird that the one we are getting is allegedly only about a minute long. Maybe they are trying to keep this one a bit more under wraps?
The film is just under 4 months away, it would be a mistake to release a full trailer now.
Plus, with ‘22 they had to draw audiences back in, but I hope that this time around they realise the importance of not giving too much away.
