Anyone had the steelbook for 6 from Zavvi? Preordered ages ago, not been debited and now showing as sold out. Chat useless as always.

Zavvi stopped selling blu rays and DVDs to Australia from some reason but before that happened, my blu rays were taking longer and longer to arrive.

I bought my steel book from Amazon (for $98 AUD mind you).

The commentary was really fun. I love how much the new writers and directors love working together. Plus they are not afraid to shade their own movie. I really hope they all come back for 7. The film looks beautiful on Blu.

Rewatched VI for the first time since the cinema. The steelbook is cute and it looks amazing in 4K.

But my God, Chad surviving is even worse the second time.

I rewatched this for the first time since the theaters as well, on a plane (my Bluray was actually awaiting me when I returned). It's just so damn entertaining. Start to finish. I'm not sure anyone has given as much cunt as Sam does in this film, except for maybe Sid in the Scream 2 showdown.

I replayed it a couple times to be sure, but it sounds like Kirby refers to Ritchie as 'Ricky' when she's doing the Ghostface history lesson.

I still cannot decide if I prefer 5 or 6. Each one compensates for something lacking in the other like hand in glove.

Nah, she says "Richie".

For me, 6 is just so much better. I loved 5 when it came out but it hasn't held up particularly well for me. Some of the performances are so lacklustre, Neve included actually. 6 just has an energy about it. And 6's Ghostface is the best of the franchise.
