The View

They really fucked up by not having all the cohosts come back for something during Season 25. The little hybrid “take a little time” video they did was not enough. I understand Barbara may not have been well enough to participate but it could have been everyone else in honor of Barbara. Now I think they have to do something like that - and despite the frictions among the various cast members through the years, I hope they could all suck it up and come together for one final tribute to Barbara.

Ugh i'm emotional watching all those clips. Especially the clip of Oprah calling out all those female journalists to the stage.
I wish The View still had someone like Barbara. She commanded respect, knew what questions to ask- when, and how to ask them. But she's irreplaceable.

Also: I f*cking hated that orange set. God what an ugly set. So glad they moved away from that.

Chuckled at the interview with Star Jones on the Sherri show.

“Don’t let anybody sit in your seat and replace you, because they might replace you!” Bloop!!

I agree, I especially cringed at the story where Manny can’t wear his wedding ring while he’s doing surgery, so he TIES IT TO HIS SCRUBS so that it is on his person. Like… I know I am forever alone but it can’t be that serious!!

I loved the topic the other day about holding grudges and Alyssa says “I think I already told this story, but Stephanie Grisham and I HATED each other, but then eventually we made up and squashed the beef” - but the way she was telling, it felt unnecessarily mean? Like she was basically saying “I thought Stephanie was human garbage, she turned my stomach any time I saw her, I had a dart board with her face on it…”

I think that's just how you interpreted it. I didn't get that at all.
