Dawn FM being complete with Abel singing his own radio station jingle...I'm ascending.
Him DJing as that old man I cannot
Take My Breath. What a banger.
Geez, “Sacrifice” is so good
The way Take My Breath sounds... so good. Absolutely loving the sequecing and nonstop vibes.
The way there are no bad songs so far
The production is absolutely immaculate.
Holy shit. I'm only on track 5 and I'm already obsessed.
Gasoline and Sacrifice have me totally fucked up.
Watching Abel in old man drag just vibing to his music is so iconic
Oop Out of Time just...
Happily bopping to Gasoline but then I started listening closer to the lyrics and this is dark. Also the fucking production???? Abel has me by the neck.
After Hours felt very moody to me and this feels...spacey? Like the former exists in the darker, seedier side of reality and this is just in another plane of existence entirely. And the way I've enjoyed every second so far, not even realizing that I was already halfway through...he refuses to miss.
Less Than Zero is gorgeous. Needs to be a single.
This is literally one smash after another. I was worried it was too soon or might be too similar to the last record, but this easily stands on its own. It's a deranged new wave fever dream, and possibly his best work ever. I just got to Is There Someone Else? and was scalped for the 5th or 6th time already on the record.
If this is what I hear on my way to hell heaven, let me just pack my bags!
Out of any collaborator to put on "I Heard You're Married", was Wayne really the best option?
I can’t believe he released another front to back banger of an album so soon after the last.
This is outstanding. The 1, 2, 3 punch of Out Of Time > Here We Go.. Again > Best Friends was my favorite bit.
Wait, I was too high for the last track. Jim Carrey didn't need to get me in my existential feelings like that.
I... already can't wait to listen to the sequence of Gasoline, How Do I Make You Love Me?, Take My Breath and Sacrifice again.
“I Heard You’re Married” is the only skip for me mainly because Lil Wayne just doesn’t really do it for me on that track. But otherwise this is just relentless bops.
His verse really stands out as the weak spot on the record. It just doesn't work at all. Wayne is increasingly hit or miss these days, but he feels totally out of place here. It's a pity, because I really like the rest of the song.
Meanwhile, I wish Tyler had more time on his track.
I’m so excited for the film and any additional music videos he’s put together for this. I’m fully obsessed with geriatric version of The Weeknd as a character
