Hello and welcome to the 5th edition of The Winners’ Rate! It is an honour to be your host for what promises to be a diverse and taste filled rate! I fully anticipate there to be drama and surprises along the way…

We have a exquisite collection of 76 songs competing, coming from rates in the Charts, rates, etc sub-forum as well as the Eurovision and K-pop sub-forums battling it out to join the current ‘Elite Four’ which are:

Represented this time we have forum favourites such as Britney Spears and Lady Gaga to potential underdogs with the likes of Mitski and Erika Vikman.

Which song will the PJ forum crown our fifth winner of winners? That decision is up to you!

Questions, answered...

Are we going through the whole "score from 0-10 except for your 11" thing?

Nope. We are going to draw our inspiration from the PJ song contests and use four Eurovision ballots. This means that, instead of assigning a score to every song in the rate, you will instead rank your top forty songs and arrange them in a ballot, which you will then send to me by PM.

Your top 40 will be grouped in groups of 4, and each group will get a set number of points. Your top 4 will get 12 points each, the next 4 will get 10 points each, the next 4 will get 8 points each, and then each successive group of 4 will get 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 each.

What happens to the rest of the songs?

They all get a zero from you.

How will results be revealed?

They will be revealed ballot by ballot. I will literally just take your PM to me and post it in the thread during the results, and I will repeat this with each voter. After I post each ballot I will update the leaderboard, so you'll see songs move up and down until we get to the final leaderboard, which will crown our winner.​

I've been told that the 'justice' type rates aren't included so I've remained with the same criteria as the previous rates. That's why those are omitted.
