Before appearing on the show, the 40-year-old singer did an interview with the UK's Sun newspaper where he made foulmouthed insults against the X Factor judges.

"What the f---? When have you ever done anything? You're useless. The pair of you," he said. "I just don't like the w--- stuff I have to do. F---ing X Factor and that."
