A more niche non-mainstream act they just don't have a clue how to handle, or any desire to put time and money behind. I'm sure they can still have a fairly stable and successful career, they'll be plenty of interest in them for Carribean/Carnival festival bookings I suspect. Sure a small independent with expertise in their type of music will come knocking.
This is the first I've heard of them releasing a second single, which just about says it all. From what I saw of them they actually did have potential, but when has that ever mattered at Syco?
Yeah, the boys may have been the novelty act but they weren't stupid. They'll do just fine out of this.
