This Morning

Holly should go as well.

Clear the slate.
Holly is undoubtably the puppet master around a lot of this. Her team clearly fed the stories to the press to try and distance herself from him. You could see exactly how it was all destined to unfold from the beginning of last week, it was like they were working through a checklist with a definite endgame in mind

Though the reason why remains to be seen.

I don't know I'm silently hoping Holly isn't that bad behind the scenes, Phil has seemingly had lots of spats in the past that she's probably been stuck in the middle of so it'll be a relief for her he's gone - isn't her husband an ITV producer anyway? Her first show back is going to be liT.

I don't think she's smart enough for any of that.

I saw a clip from Dan Wooten (vom, I know) and he predictably laid into Phillip but he got really defensive about Holly, which leads me to believe she’s not that bad. (In person anyway, I think she’s quietly ruthless).

One has to ponder to what degree someone like Holly would be viewed as complicit if there wasn't a solid defense from co workers forming
Holly is definitely being tarred with the same brush, she’s (dancing) on very thin ice at the moment. It depends if this is it, or if there are some revelations to come. Her two weeks off are more about planning a PR strategy than anything.
