Also, and I'm really not trying to be xenophobic here, but when I was little Thomas was very much a British staple......I hate to think what America will do to him......I've seen 'Thomas & The Magic Railroad'.....it's not pretty.
The Magic Railroad made no sense to UK viewers as it was based on the 'Shining Time Station' TV series, which was basically just a way for America to pad out episodes of Thomas The Tank Engine with live action scenes so they could market it as a series of 22 minute episodes. A proper Thomas movie could be a lot of fun!
Thomas The Tank Engine was my favourite thing ever when I was a kid, I used to sit in my living room with all sorts of Thomas toys, I had so many toy trains and I used to play with them for hours and I rented out videos whenever I could. I am seeing this I just really hope it isn't shit.
I pretty much used to eat, sleep, and breathe Thomas when I was a child, so I can't deny that I'm at least a little excited for this.
