I don’t know why the album is getting such a bad rep already… We haven’t seen nor heard any of it!
People were criticizing the cover, but I didn’t read anything bad about the actual music. It can’t be all bad if Matt and Jon played on it.
I hope she also announces US dates.
Yeah it's just the album cover being slagged off at the minute because apparently it's another mannequin shot.
Well, 2009 obviously passed you by completely.
In anticipation for the new album I'm playing Boys for Pele on vinyl, and I think it's safe to say that the vinyl reissue is one of the best sounding vinyls in my collection. It's also one of the albums of hers that has taken me the longest to fully appreciate, but it's really opened up to me in a huge way?
Especially the first song. It's so beautiful and almost mythical?
It's great to see Nicola Roberts still recording.
That wig is horrible. Her last two album covers were amazing. This one is not it.
Oh… dear me.
Looks very homemade
It's not as bad as I feared, but....she used to have really great album covers. It's a shame really.
This is giving me best of Celtic Voices 2008 vibes.
It looks like a bargain bin Pan Pipes album.
And why is she wearing a giant black Always panty liner with wings??
It looks so amateurish. And unfinished. Very budget.
The way it looks like an iPhone snap taken on a trip down to the pub.
I miss those major label 90s art directed shoots, but it’s a shame considering Native Invader was her best cover since Scarlet IMO.
Husband says “it’s all a bit Scottish Widows” and he’s not wrong.
Yeah that is... not great but I'm so perched for my first Tori album as a stan.
I actually expected worse from the descriptions. Nowhere close to the Solstice floating mannequin mess.
I actually kind of like it? She looks beautiful and it looks like a lot of the adult contemporary album covers of the 00s, like something from Sarah Brightman.
