Tori Amos - Ocean to Ocean + World Tour

It does feel like we get less and less material from Tori these days. We know she has hundreds of songs from over the years finished, it just requires "husband" to master them and upload to streaming.

My biggest peeve is the fact we had a huge Little Earthquakes anniversary but still 'Learn To Fly' and 'Berlin Wall' haven't been released? Why???

Just got my ticket! My second time seeing her in nearly a decade. Super excited, it's been way too long

Which show!?

I'm definitely gonna hit Indiana and Michigan, trying to figure out more. I *really* hope she varies the setlists more this time around.

Such a strange interview to just cut off at Pele?

Basically all we get in terms of appreciation of her legacy - both by the press, and by her. I wonder what the reaction would be / will be when she reissues and celebrates other albums. Choirgirl and Scarlet are just as important and ambitious as the first three records.

Choirgirl and Scarlet (and To Venus) are her best work to me!

Fantastic!

Although she’s not from Virginia, she’s from North Carolina
She was born in North Carolina because her mother was on a trip there from DC where her parents were living. She grew up in the DC suburbs in Maryland and went to the Peabody School in Baltimore. Her father took her to piano bars in Georgetown in DC to play. She was born in North Carolina but it’s not her home, she never really lived there. Thus she promotes Wolf Trap as her hometown show. Virginia where Wolf Trap is located is a DC suburb.
I grew up in DC, and it was always promoted she grew up in this area.
