Tove Lo - Dirt Femme (Extended Cut)

I’m always a bit stressed when she releases new stuff because she set the bar SO HIGH that I’m afraid she’s going to disappoint but she never does! Borderline is another example of this

It's kinda insane how she went from one huge hit to a certified popstar with 5 amazing albums under her belt in less than 10 years. I'll admit, when I first heard Habits I was worried she would end up being a one hit wonder. But then she went and outdone herself so many times I already lost the count.

Her rise to stardom just as I was turning 20 and coming to terms with my sexuality is the reason why her music is so close to my heart. Falling in love for the very first time and just feeling all those emotions while Habits, Got love, Thousand Miles, Not on Drugs, Run on Love, Moments and Out of Mind played in the background was just *chef's kiss*

He/Him
I remember being asked to play Habits while I was doing the music for a work event by a straight boy and I was like “really? You know Tove?”. I’d discovered her on here so had no idea it was a hit.

I don’t think she gets the recognition she deserves but I’m so thankful we have her and she shows no signs of slowing down.

I remember visiting my now husband in London during the summer when Habits was just blowing up - although I remember it was the Hippie Sabotage version being played everywhere. So happy to have stumbled upon it on the radio cruising around Kilburn. That and Lana's Ultraviolence album soundtracked those two weeks. Bliss.
