The song is good and the video is hot. Yes, there are no diverse body types but isn’t that the case with 90% of music videos? I don’t remember Britney or Madonna or Rihanna (or any other popstar) having “dad bods” guys in their visuals. And when they have them they use them as comic characters.
I’m not thin and I’d like to see more people like me in the media but I take Troye casting only guys he’d like to fuck over every other celebrity/brand casting “fat” people just to make a check on their list and secure that demographic’s money.

I love both video and song, this is easily the best thing he's put his name to since Easy.

That said, Troye himself feels a little inessential to the package, no? His vocals are more anonymous than usual (and not even used in the chorus), and you could've told me that anyone in that video was the popstar and I would've believed you. It's a great project, but it would've been equally as great in pretty much anyone's hands.

I don't think "pretty much anyone" could deliver this. I can think of some people (Sam Smith) who think they could do a song like this and they would be terrible at it.
